Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie

Ian and I made pie last week. It was amazing. Try this recipe. You won’t regret it.

I substituted tapioca for the cornstarch and topped off the pie with some homemade Cardamom-Vanilla Whipped Cream. Delish!
